Salt a simple ingredient used in kitchen to enhance the taste. That’s all i know about the salt. But, What a session !! and the way Anna spoke about it’s used for lighting lamps to remove drishti is just amazing..
I came to know that a crystal as humble as salt is such a powerful ingredient only after this webinar. There are some practices like a salt water soak and salt drishti that have become a must do, simple but powerful ritual post this session! My umpteen gratitude for sharing this knowledge.
